How to Reheat Crawfish in Boiling Water?
New Orleans’ Executive Chef Meg Bickford recommends reheating crawfish in the same manner in which it was prepared in the first place.
She advises re-boiling your crawfish and then immersing them in seasoned water for a few minutes if they were previously cooked.
However, do not allow them to remain there any longer. It’s difficult to peel overcooked whole crawfish, according to Bickford, because of their mushy texture.
How to Reheat Crawfish as Part of a Finished Dish?
It’s best to cook up the entire dish on the stovetop until it’s well warmed through if you’re reheating crawfish as part of something like spaghetti, crawfish etouffee, or stew.
Generally speaking, medium is a good temperature. You can reheat cooked crawfish dishes, such as bread or stuffing, in the oven at 325 to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

“This might sound odd, but the microwave is the finest way to reheat crawfish,” Isaac Toups, chef/owner of Toups’ Meatery in New Orleans and cookbook author of Chasing the Gator—Isaac Toups & the New Cajun Cooking, tells us in a video.
