Solution 1: Make Sure Gmail isn’t Down

You may not be receiving Emails because of storage space. To check if your Gmail storage is full you need to follow the following steps:
Step 1: Open the Google Drive page.
Step 2: Find ‘Upgrade Storage‘ and click on it. It will show that the maximum storage allowed for Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Photos is 15 GB. If you have used up all the space then you need to delete some files to clear the storage.
Step 3: Delete some of the old Emails to clear up some space. Do it while using a browser.
Step 4: After deleting the Emails make sure to empty the bin too.

Solution 4: Delete Email Filters
You may not be receiving Emails because of Email filters or rerouting of your Emails. Therefore to delete E-mail filters you have to follow the following steps-

Step 2: Click Filters and then Blocked Addresses. This will open a tab on the screen.
Step 3: Select all the filters listed and then press the delete button to delete all of them.

Solution 5: Turn off Email Forwarding
To stop Email forwarding follow the following steps-
Step 1: Go to the settings of Gmail.
Step 2: Select the Settings Option.
Step 3: Select Forwarding and then POP/IMAP.
Step 4: Disable the Forwarding option on the tab that opens.
Step 5: Click on ‘Save Changes’ to save the changes.
If your problem is solved and you are receiving Emails then great otherwise you can read on the next and the last solution.
Solution 6: Turn off or Configure Firewalls
It also happens that the Antivirus that you are using may have some firewall that is preventing you from receiving Emails. So you should remove such antivirus software for your Gmail to work properly. If you are using the computer then remove the antivirus from the system startup. It will stop them from running when you switch on the computer.
You can easily do this by opening Task Manager and going to the startup tab. Select any antivirus software present under the tab. Click on the Disable option present there to remove the antivirus from the system startup.
This should have done the trick and solved the issue but if you are still not receiving any Emails then it is important that you uninstall your Antivirus to prevent the firewall from blocking your Emails.
You can also configure your Antivirus if you don’t want to uninstall it, leaving your Computer defenseless against malware.
