Step 5: Afterwards, from the left pane, double click on Windows.
Step 6: Now, select TextServicesFramework from the left pane itself.
Step 7: At last, right-click on MsCtfMonitor and select Disable.
Solution 2: Disable Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel
One of the simplest solutions to this problem is to disable the touch keyboard and handwriting panel simply. You should go forward with this solution if you are sure that you don’t need this service and if it is using a lot of resources. Follow the below-given steps to implement this solution.
Step 1: At first, simultaneously press the Windows key and R to open the Run dialog box.
Step 2: In the dialog box, type services.msc and then hit Enter.
Step 3: Now, search for the service named Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Services.
Step 4: Once found, double click on it and select Disabled for the drop-down menu under the Startup type.
Step 5: Finally, click Apply and then press OK.
Solution 3: Scan your Computer
It does not matter if the methods mentioned above work or not. In both cases, it is advised that perform a complete system check just to be on the safe side. It might consume a few hours, but it would be beneficial at the end.
So, to perform a system scan, first, download any preferable antivirus or malware detection tool. Once it is downloaded, run it and perform a complete scan to get rid of any kind of malware.
